3. I can’t read for hours like I used to.
4.
Most nights I have to take something to help me sleep.
5.
Pain.

Shots.
7.
It costs more annually to treat and manage my MS than I spend on food, utilities, transportation, clothes, and housing combined.
8.
The loss of social life.
9.
The “MS hug.”
10.
Knowing my energy is always limited.

10 things that help me “move it”:

  1. My family.
  2. My friends.
  3. Having a place, a purpose, and some kind of work to do.
  4. Horses.
  5. Dogs.
  6. Books.
  7. Stargazing.
  8. A good ink pen.
  9. A kiss.
  10. Prayers.
